Hey! I'm Charlie, a photographer based in Bali, Indonesia.

For close to a decade I have been photographing nature, primarily focusing on Bird Photography tied closely to Macro Photography as well as some landscape here and there. I'm fortunate enough to have travelled all over Indonesia and experienced firsthand the special, raw beauty and biodiversity that this incredible country has to offer.

My work showcases the learned skill of observing and documenting the parts of nature that go so easily unnoticed. I hope to inspire people to look deeper, learn and explore, and actively become more aware of the nature that is everywhere around us, no matter how big or small. The truth is that the natural world doesn't ask for any attention, none at all, and this is much the reason why it's so easy to miss. Yet when you allow yourself to slow down and open your eyes to the little things around you, nature will continue to surprise you, and truly becomes a special gift that just keeps on giving without asking for anything in return.
